To the Democrat:
Whitesboro, March 3 - F.A. Bass was a business visitor in Abilene last week.
Miss Reba Little of C.I.A. spent the week-end with her friend, Miss Jess Scheid.
Elmer Lovett left last week for a business trip to Duvol, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Ora Hill was a guest of friends in the Center community last Sunday.
Mrs. Jake Stone has returned to her home in Waurika, Oklahoma after a few days visit with her sister, Mrs. James Webb.
Misses Marguerite Clark, Mattie Ruth Carletto, Mary Jo Downs and Gladys Tarrell of C.I.A. were guests of Misses Mary Tiedt and Evelyn Scheid.
Miss Viola Day is recovering nicely from an operation for appendicitis.
P.L. Cassidy, a former citizen of this place, but now of Texarkana, was a visitor here this week.
J.T. Thompson of Rock Creek was in Whitesboro Wednesday.
Mr. and Mrs. H.R. Hambright and daughter, Jennie Lee, have returned from Rome, Texas, where they were called on account of the death of Mr. Hambright's mother.
