"Doodlebut" Appears in Whites boro Territory

Whitesboro, Grayson Co., Texas, May 16 -- The Whitesb oro oil area is truly developing fast.  All it lacked was a "Doodle bug," and now W.A. Morrison, postmaster at Pottsboro, has furnished the proper instrument that, according to the inventor, will locate petroleum no matter how far under the ground it may be concealed.
This instrument has been taken to the Whitesboro field and tried out at the Big Indian well and the Jewell-Anderson test.  At the latter place it showed, according to the people who saw it, that oil could be found at two different places.
