WHITE ROCK
To the Democrat:
White Rock, Tex., February 27 - Farmers have been very busy sowing oats the past ten days.  With a few more days of pretty weather, most everybody will finish sowing in this vicinity.
Some are making preparations to plant corn.
A. Liebelt is reported quite sick at this writing.
W.B. Goode and family of Sherman were visiting relatives here Sunday.
Mrs. Batts is reported on the sick list at this writing.
A.E. Clark was in Pottsboro Tuesday.
It now appears that all of the early fruit has been killed by the recent freeze.
The recent cold spell caused a great deal of uneasiness to those that sowed oats early but very little damage was done to them.
Quite a good many have put out garden seed.
Miss Edna Barrett is visiting at Whitewright.
Misses Lueddie and Myrtle Goode visited their sister, Mrs. A.E. Clark, Jr., Friday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. A.G. Rutherford of Farmington are visiting relatives here.
