Van Alstyne Leader March 2, 1939 Cawthorn Found Guilty On Gaming Charge Arthur (Tooter) Cawthorn was found guilty on a gaming charge in Judge Rank Thompson's court here Wednesday morning. Tooter, along with nine others, was arrested February 28th when a domino parlor was raided by Constable W.T. Anderson and Lee Jordan. Anderson had caught the crowd gaming by looking through a skylight. He summoned Lee Jordan, who entered the building on a signal from Anderson who was still on top of the building.
