In 1936 there were eight mineral wells in operation in Tioga.  The names of the wells and their owners were:
  • The Banner Mineral Wells, No. 1 and No. 2, owned and operated by C.G. Canaday
  • The Star Well, owned and operated by J.M. Parks
  • The Riddle Well, owned and operated by G.W. Riddle
  • The Smith Well, "Eureka Well", and Number Four, operated by Owens
  • The Scott Well, the Wilson Well, and Number Four, operated by Tom Wooten

There were three people in Tioga who gave the mineral baths:
  • Mrs. Nannie Qualls
  • Mrs. Emma Shirley
  • Tom Wooten

All of the owners of mineral wells in Tioga made and sold condensed water, mineral oil, and salves, except Owens, who ran thed tourist camp in connection with his well.
