Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Spears and Mrs. A.Y. Garner spent the week end in Dallas.
Mrs. Eula Cherry and son, Ensign R.L. Cherry, visited in Denton and Dallas this week.
Miss Thelma Lambert spent the week end with relatives in Fort Worth.
Miss Mary West and father, W.P. West, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Bailey at Van Alstyne.
Miss Ira Mae Folenwilder, who spent 10 days in Dallas with her sister-in-law who was ill, returned home Saturday.
Mrs. John Chaffin and children and Pvt. and Mrs. C.O. Willett and son spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Odom Graves in Irving.
Corp. and Mrs. K.C. Barnam and daughters spent Sunday and Monday with her sister, Mrs. W.L. Garner and family.
Mrs. J.D. Gordon has returned from Amarillo, where she visited her son, Cloyce Gordon, and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Murray of Denison visited Mrs. Murray's uncle and aunt, Elder and Mrs. Henry Ball, Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Milner, who have been visiting his mother, Mrs. R.P. Tatum, left Monday for Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to visit relatives.
Pvt. and Mrs. Robert Duncan of Sherman spent Sunday at home with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Cheatham and Mr. and Mrs. G.B. Duncan.

Mack Neale of the Tioga Lumbar Company was in Arkansas this week on business.
Clifton Franklin has gone to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he will take a position with an Aircraft Co.
Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Franklin and family have moved to Southmayd, where Mr. Franklin will be section foreman.
