Mr. and Mrs. Randal Martin of Garland announce the arrival of a son, Mark Randel, on January 16. The Martins have a daughter, Kem. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Gene Elvington of Tioga and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Martin of Collinsville.
Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Roark Sunday were their granddaughter, Mrs. Clay Hancock and children of Euless, their daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Crockett and son, John, of Dallas, and Mr. and Mrs. Edd Havel of Van Alstyne.
Mr. and Mrs. L.J. Bell were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Franks and daughter, Rhonda, in Denton, Sunday.
Wayne Jenkins of the VA Center in Bonham spent the weekend with his mother, Mrs. Ophie Jenkins in Tioga.  Wayne was honored Sunday with a dinner on his 43rd birthday.
Rev. Steve Johnson, pastor of Tioga Baptist Church, was guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Tioga P.T.A.   Mrs. Dollie Travis presided and presented the speaker.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hogan have purchased the home of the late Dr. J.H. Harvey and Mrs. Harvey.  They will move to their new home this week.
Henry Kemp is a medical patient in Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.
Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Maples of Bonham visited her sister,  Mrs. Flora Reynolds.
Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Whitworth were Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Bodovsky and sons of Lewisville and Mr. and Mrs. Doyce Whitworth of Bells.
