 Denison Daily News July 30, 1879 FOUND DEAD A Man Found in the Woods Near Pottsboro Mr. A. Fraham who arrived in the city Tuesday from the Territory, informs the News that the body of a man was found in the woods at Martin Springs, 2 miles from Pottsboro, Monday. The body was very much decayed, a portion of it having been devoured by buzzards. The head and right arm was discovered a few feet from the body. The judge and a coroner's jury left Pottsboro to view the remains, and had not retuned up to the time of Mr. Fraham's departure.
