Friday, January 14, 1916 pg. 6 PILOT GROVE ITEMS F.M. Sloan was in Van Alstyne Monday. Dr. Viser has been very sick with grip. He is somewhat better now. There will be a box supper at the school house Saturday night for the benefit of the school. All are cordially invited to attend and to bring boxes. Mrs. Davis gave a very enjoyable entertainment to the young people Saturday evening. Miss Ruth Valentine entertained Monday evening with a party. The public school has the largest enrollment in its history. Bro. Rylant filled his regular appointment at the Baptist church Sunday.
