Pilot Grove News
The largest snow fell here Sunday afternoon and evening that we have had in quiet a while.  It will be of much benefit to the wheat.
Mr. Arthur Christner, of Calcutta, India, filled the pulpit at the Baptist church Sunday morning and afternoon.  He gave a  very interesting story of his life and conversion.
Mrs. Will Farris' mother of Waco is here for an extended visit.
Mrs. Annie Wilson and daughter of Trenton, visited F.M. Sloan and family Sunday.
Prof. Holley was transacting business in Whitesboro Sat urday.
J.H. Crawford visited his father of Tom Bean, who is very ill, Sunday and Monday.
Mrs. Tom Miller, who lives a few miles south of Pilot Grove, has been very sick for the past week.
Lonnie Binion left Tuesday for South Texas, where he has a contract for constructing good roads.
The subject for the B.Y.P.U. next Sunday evening is "What is the Christian's Inheritance?" We expect to have an unusually interesting program and special music.  The parents of these young people are especially invited to be present.
