Fogle and family attended the State Fair at Dallas last Saturday. R.L. McMillan was a business visitor at Sherman Monday. Mrs. J.E. Seay of Bonham and Mrs. J.A. Seay of Colbert are visiting relatives here this week. Hayden Foster left last Sunday for west Texas. Miss Grace Saunders of Whitewright is the guest of the Misses Everheart. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Vittitoe of Sherman spent Sunday here. Mrs. Sam Howard and children visited in Sherman last Sunday. Palo Roberts of Atoka, I.T., spent Sunday here, the guest of his father. W.G. Venable of Sherman was here Tuesday. Quincy Vittitoe is in Sherman this week on business. Mrs. Tom Saunders has returned from a visit to Sherman. Wm. Craig has moved his family to Bells. J.E. Turner is in west Texas on business this week. School will begin here on October 12. Wheat and winter oats are looking very nice since the recent rains. Miss Sallie Austin and Mrs. Vergie Cowart of Whitewright spent Sunday here.
