Thursday, August 13, 1936 pg. 8 KENTUCKYTOWN NEWS Community singing will be held at the Kentuckytown school house Friday night. Out of town visitors will be present to furnish the program. Everyone is invited to attend. Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Woods and family of Lark, Mr. and Mrs. John Driskill of Anson and Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Bennett, Anson, and Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Bennett of Howe were visitors in the Bennett home, northwest of town, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Otis Dalton and family of Elk City, Oklahoma were guests of Floyd Harris Sunday. Franklin Sears Harris has returned from Fort Sill, Oklahoma, where he had been in training for the past month. En route home he visited in Henrietta, Oklahoma, guest of Donald Webster and Gene Autrey. Mr. and Mrs. B. Duncan of Austin returned home Thursday after a week's visit with Miss Mary Connelly. They were accompanied home by Miss Connelly and her niece, Artie Mae Connelly.
