REUNION OF PIONEER FAMILY
Mrs. F.M. Dyer of Trenton and her ten children met in delightful reunion in the spacious home and around the Christmas table of Mrs. Mell Roberts last Sunday.  The aged and frail mother and her ten sturdy and robust offfsprings formed a remarkable family group.  The children are all past the meridian of life and the ten will almost tip the beam of a ton.  They are all married with one exception and fate has dealt kindly with them in health and prosperity.
The father of this buxom bunch was Marion Dyer, who was one of the first settlers of this country, coming to Texas from Iowa in the early days and locating at Kentuckytown, where his large family was reared.
The children present on the occasion mentioned abover were : Joe L. Dyer, Mrs. Will Barbee and Mrs. Mell Roberts of this city; Ben E. and John W. Dyer and Mrs. D.H. Glenn of Trenton; Mrs. T.E. Anderson of Sherman; Mrs. E.R. Gore of Clarksville; Jake Dyer of Celeste and Thomas W. Dyer of Lone Oak.
