He Was Released
Sherman, Tex., Aug. 13 - Last night a young man by the name of F.A. Williams was brought up from Howe, and plodged in jail on the charge of carrying a pistol.  This morning several of the substantial citizens of that section came up and stated that while Williams
did have the pistol he was not technically guilty of carrying it.  He had bought the pistol and was simply taking it home with him and
it was his.  Williams' intention to start back to Kentucky today.  He was released.
