Red devils attack Kuwait Oil Fires. Staff Sgt. Chris Wallace Sr. (formerly of Howe) is serving with 58th Combat Engineer "Blackhorse Co." in the Gulf Area of Kuwait to put out oil well fires near and in Al Ahmadi region. Over 600 oil well fires. Company and Wallace commended for their success in capping and destroying the fires. 1992-93
