Cyclone sweeps Over the Town, Doing Great Damage.

Howe, Texas, May 16 -- A terrible cyclone struck this town, leaving death and ruin in its wake, the path of the storm being a quarter of a mile wide.  Ten farm houses and as many barns were wrecked.  Eight persons were killed out right and many injured.  Bark was ripped from trees and much stock was killed.
