Friday, July 20, 1906 pg. 6 Hagerman, Tex., July 17 - The farmers are getting behind with their cotton again on account of so much rain for the past week. James Morrison visited his brother, Allie, who is attending school at Denison, Saturday and Sunday. He was accompanied by Alvin Howard of Enterprise. A.P. Terrill and sister, Miss Callie, are spending a while in Tioga. J.P. Smith went to Sherman last week. Hagerman will have a school this winter; it will be called Enterprise school No. 2. Steps are being taken to build a school house. Threshing is considerably hindered by so much rain, Misses Rosie and Annie Kusch of Enterprise were visiting in Hagerman Sunday afternoon. Rev. E.L. Storey will begin a protracted meeting here on Saturday night before the fifth Sunday in July. He expects to be assisted by Rev. Shipley of Dallas. T.M. Smith went to Sherman on business one day last week. W.M. Brown enjoyed a visit from his son and family from near Sherman Sunday.
