These pictures are of the same Hull house, located on the north side of Cemetery Road, west of the Georgetown Cemetery,
so it was located in the Georgetown rural area but not where the town was.

Cemetery Road
Georgetown, Texas

The house was deserted for many years and thought to be haunted because of its being right down the road from the cemetery and being surrounded by creepy trees.  The house no longer exists (2018).

Pottsboro, Texas Genealogy Facebook comments:
Donald McElrath: "I walked through the house a few times with my grandmother, Marge Terry.  We used to go over there and pick berries.  The house belonged to a great-great-aunt of mine, Beulah Hull (1886-1992). The house was burned down by a bunch of drunk teenagers who were partying.
