Riggs went to Gunter today after a new binder. Rev. H.M. Cagle of Sherman preached here Sunday morning and night. Mrs. J.H. Ross of Gunter visited her sister, Mrs. L.A. Scoggins Sunday. Misses Della and Eliza Gray of Mangum, Oklahoma are visiting friends here. Bro. Kerr of Collinsville filled his regular appointment here Sunday afternoon. The harvesting of small grain will begin here this week. Our farmers are very busy trying to get their cotten chopped before wheat harvest. L.A Scoggins and family visited J.C. Dickey and family of Gunter Sunday. Mrs. Hogan and baby went to Sherman today to visit D.B. Dye and family. J.E. Patton and wife visited in Tioga Sunday. J.N. Nutt and wife were in Sherman last Wednesday. Miss Dessia Hart of Whitesboro is visiting her sister, Mrs. Chas. Bryan. Uncle John Dickey of Sherman is here this week.
