KRAFT MOVES OFFICES IN NEW BUILDING ; HEAD TO COME HERE L.J.
Kraft, president of the Kraft-Phenix Cheese corporation, will arrive in
Denison Sept. 18to inspect the yet uncompleted offices in the former
YMCA building, according to an announcement of A.J. Riddle,
Southwestern Division manager. Mr. Kraft is enroute to Dallas
where he will be a featured speaker during Food and Industries day at
the Pan-American Exposition Sept. 19. Construction work is going
forward on the offices, complete new interior decoration with modern
lighting fixtures being installed. The offices were moved from
the Kraft plant Wednesday to the third floor of the new building, the
only floor completed. Workmen are rapidly improving the
appearance of the two lower floors and the work will be finished in a
short time. The old offices at the plant have been turned over to
plant officials and will afford larger space for manufacturing work as
well as enlargement of the chemical laboratories. A meeting of district managers has been called by Mr. Riddle for Sept. 18 to confer with Mr. Kraft.
