Russell, Colored, who is proprietor of the Texas Reformer, a Denison paper devoted to the interests of his race, is doing the best business of any weekly paper published in the county, He publishes a regular edition of 1900 and every subscriber has paid in advance. It is that advance payment feature which puts him in the lead.
