Thursday evening, August 30, 1877 pg. 1 A New Restaurant Mr. Hugh Judge has rented the premises on Austin Avenue, next door to the Grand Southern Saloon, and opened a first class restaurant. The restaurant has been fitted up in neat and attractive style, and no pains will be spared to make it a place worthy of the patronage of the public. The services of an experienced cook has been secured, and the dining room will be under the management of Mr. Judge in person. Good food will be given at moderate rates; 25c per meal being charged. Mr. Judge has also purchased the lunch stand on the corner of Main street and Austin avenue, where everything in that line can be procured at all hours of the day and night.
