Sunday, May 13, 1883 pg. 4 CHANGED HANDS The Southern Hotel has changed hands, Frank W. Wells & Brother having purchased it the past week. The Wells Bros. are well known to the traveling public as well as our own citizens, as the popular proprietors of the Star Dining Room. These gentlemen have had large experience as caterers to the wants of the public and will bring their best energies to bear to make the Southern the most popular hotel in the city.
