Tioga, Texas, July 5 - A mad cow belonging to Mr. Joshua Miller, near Collinsville, caused quiet a lively time there on the morning of the 2nd instant by attacking and killing a valuable horse belonging to a Mr. Hiram Nichols, near there, and doing other damage before it was killed.
