AN ORDINANCE
Be it ordained by the town council of the town of Collinsville that hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person to hitch any animal to any telephone post or any other post, or in any way in front of any business house in the town of Collinsville.
Any person so offending, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in the sum of $5.00.
