This small, once functioning well in the old Celtic Community between Howe and White Mount is located at the corner of Enloe Road and Celtic Road. It may be in danger of being destroyed soon. A small barn used to be really close by the well but that side of the road has been ceared out.
According to the map, Celtic Road was built on land that once belonged to W.S. Smith.
