GRAYSON COUNTY

Cedar Mills, Tex., June 25 - Rev. Sherwood of Whitesboro filled his regular appointment for the Methodist here last Sunday at
3 p.m.
The singing convention met here Sunday with good attendance. Mr. Etchesson of Sherman, president of the singing convention, was here and conducted affairs.
J.P. Elrod of Preston Bend was in this community Saturday.
George Brown of Pottsboro was here Saturday.
Dr. Green Collins attended the Medical Association at Denison last week.
Sid Willis and wife of Willis, I.T., attended the singing convention here Sunday.
Boyd Holland of Pottsboro was in our midst Sunday.
Misses Eula Harvey and Ada Thoma of Pottsboro attended singing convention here Sunday.
Wilton Gordon and sister, Miss Lula, were in Denison last week.
Pat Baker of Locust was in Cedar Mills Sunday.
Mrs. Blythe and family, who spent last week with relatives near Collinsville, returned home Saturday.
We had a very hard wind here Friday night and a light shower Monday morning about 3 o'clock.
Farmers are getting along nicely with their crops.
Mrs. W.W. Crain, Jr. and family, who have been visiting relatives at Sandusky, are at home.
Al Pitts had business in Gordonville Monday.
Mrs. Sarah Huff and little daughter, Miss Nannie, are visiting at Madill, I.T.
Brother Golden of Locust was in our vicinity Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Delay visited Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Davidson, Sunday.
Cary Davidson had business in Pottsboro Saturday.
J.W. Davidson and Z.W. Wilber were in Gordonville Saturday.
Ed LaRogue and wife visited Mrs. Baker of Locust Sunday.
W.W. Crain, Sr. is very feeble just now. Mr. Crain is about 70 years old and has had three strokes of paralysis.
Calvin Gudgel and wife of Fink visited Mr. and Mrs. Allen Gudgel last Monday.
Mrs. Clarence Gudgel visited Mrs. Allen Gudgel last week.
John Hen Huff is visiting home folks.
L.O. Ball is around shaking hands with friends.
John Crain furnished the organ at the singing convention.
Mrs. and Mrs. John G. Golden and family visited Mr. and Mrs. John Williams Sunday.
