The Christmas program with tree and exchange of gifts will be held on Tuesday night, the 21st, with Mrs. Tom Moore and Miss Esther Chapin, teachers in charge of arrangements. HD CLUB The Home Demonstration Club banquet was held in the school auditorium Friday night with husbands and children of members as guests. Decorations were made and arranged by children and teachers of the school. A tree and exchange of gifts featured the evening's entertainment. GIfts and favors for the children were prepared by members of the Club. Three members unable to attend were Mrs. Mary Keeling, Mrs. Ola Mae Gilliam and Mrs. McLerran. The Virginia Point Methodist Church will have Rev. A.D. Campbell of Sherman as pastor on Sunday morning, December 19, to deliver the Christmas sermon. Rev. Campbell is supply pastor and is employed at Mrs. Tuckers Foods in Sherman as a chemist.
