1-1/2c for each 2 oz.
*Everything
(except first and second class mail)
weighing over 8 ounces is 4th class mail
or Parcel Post.
*Except
that books, catalogues, seed, bulbs,
plants, roots, and scions, weighing not
over 8 ounces - 1/2 cent per ounce.
*All Parcel
Post (except that collected on R.F.D.
Routes) requires 2 cents extra in addition
to all other postage.
*All
special handling 25c extra in addition to
all other postage, on Parcel
Post which gives it 1st class handling
over regular Parcel Post.
