MUNSON STADIUM The
Munson Stadium was built by the
Works Progress Administration workers from 1938 to 1940.
Construction of a new stadium will begin with the demolition
of
the
home stands in December 2013. A $1 million dollar grant was given to
DHS
from the W.B. Munson Foundation. The west stands, the press
box,
and the concession area will be rebuilt.

Thousands of football fans use this entrance to Forest Park when going to the stadium to root for the Denison Yellow Jackets.
