Anson Jones

Anson Jones I was b August 23, 1882 at Mooreville - a son of Hardy Richardson and Mary Jane (Fiser) Jones, d April 13, 1874 in Mooreville where he had been in the mercantile business for many years. On January 14, 1908 in Bruceville, McLennan County, Texas, he married Zela V. Albright, b in 1886, d August 1937 - a daughter of A. T. and Mary (Mixon) Albright.

Anson and Zela V. (Albright) Jones had four children:
Anson Winston Jones, b May 16, 1914, d January 3,1986, married Katherine Hodges;

Robert Albright Jones, b April 9, 1917, married in 1945 to Jean Pruitt;

John Jack Jones, b February 23, 1919, d October 1980, married in 1950 to Doris Wright;

Olivia Jones, b February 10, 1922, married first to Bill Worley and second to Al C. Ogden.
