Joshua bought land near the Reagan Community of Falls County.
Henry Lawrence Cobb was married November 16, 1911 to Frances Gillett Johnson, b February 9, 1886 at Reagan, Falls County, Texas, d July 16, 1970 and buried in Calvary Cemetery in Marlin - a daughter of William Henry Clay and Hannah Elizabeth (Gillett) Flowers Johnson.
Henry Lawrence and Frances Cobb moved to Marlin, where he was a distributor for an oil company. They were members of the Methodist Church, and the parents of six children:
Lawrence Morgan Cobb, b September 25, 1912 - married and had children - including Dean Cobb, who married Patricia Threadgill- a daughter of Arthur and Dorothy (Gallaher) Threadgill, Jr.
Donald Gillett Cobb, b November 24, 1913, who married.
Sarah Elizabeth Cobb, b April 18, 1918 - married Ralph McCormick.
Frances Nell Cobb, b July 30, 1920.
Dorothy Lil Cobb, b September 25, 1922, who served in the women's military service during World War II, and was stationed in New York. She now resides in Denton, Texas. She married, and had children.
Frank Drew Cobb, b February 14, 1925.
