Believed to Be Temporarily Insance.
-----

Mrs. Rho(missing) Williams, living about two miles southwest of Lott committed suicide Wednesday by sho(oting) herself in the left breast (with a ) 38 calibre pistol.
The woman was temporarily insane at th(e) time and in fact her mind h(ad) not been clear in some time.
Her hus(band) was in the field at the time (so) no one saw the lady fire the (fa)tal shot that ushered her into eternity.
Her child was playing in the next room except one which was sick in (bed).
Mrs. Williams was in the kitchen at the (missing) and after firing the fatal s(hot) staggered into the next room (and) fell to the floor a corpse.
The dec(eased) lady came to Lott several months ago and alighted from the (missing) with her children but was not to tell where she came from where she wanted to go.
Constable H. Tucker took the matter (in) hand and little by little, fina(lly) learned her name and that was a relative of Mr. V. B. Ritter who formerly lived east of Marlin.
Since that time, Mrs. Williams has resided near Lott and her mental condition had improved some until recently.
Judge T. H. Ligon was called and held an inquest, rendering a verdict in accordance with the facts above.
