BUYER DIES IN OLNEY

Funeral Services Held in Waco For
Man Who Expired
Unexpectedly.

The funeral of J. W. Green, age 51, of Waco, who died suddenly at Olney Thursday
night, was held from the family residence, 1711 West avenue, Waco, at three
o'clock Saturdy afternoon with Rev. I. L. Evans, pastor of the Austin Avenue
Methodist church of Waco, conducting last rites. Burial was in Oakwood
cemetery.
Mr. Green was well known in Marlin, having
spent several seasons here in recent years as a cotton buyer. While he had
been in ill health, his death was unexpected.
Surviving are his wife and several
children.
