JAMES GAYNOR SHOT TO DEATH.
Beaumont, Texas, June 1. - James Gaynor, of Waco, was shot down on the platform of the Southern Pacific station at 12 :30 today by his brother-in-law, Sylvester Berg, and died in a few minutes. Two shots were fired.
Mrs. Gaynor was in the waiting room of the depot at the time. Family trouble is supposed to be the cause.
Berg has been an active member of the police force for several years.
