FANT, ANNIE LOU HAMMER

BALLINGER - Annie Lou Fant, 92, of Ballinger passed away Thursday, Feb. 21,
2002, in a San Angelo Care Center.

Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, in Evergreen
Cemetery.

She was born Sept. 8, 1909, in Marlin, Texas, to the late W.R. and Mary
Elizabeth Green Hammer. She married Creed Fulton Fant on May 29, 1926, in
Marlin. She was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed going to
the Senior Citizens Center in Ballinger for many years. She was a member of
Miles Rebecca Lodge and Miles United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, C.F. She was the last surviving
member of 11 children.

Survivors include sons, Terrell Fant and wife, Barbara, of San Angelo,
Marvin Fant and wife, Shirley, and Creed Fant and wife, Anita, of Miles;
daughters, Elizabeth Weathers and husband, Chesley of Midland, Allene
Robinson and husband, Tom, of Bridgeport; 14 grandchildren; 26
great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
