LLOYD EAVES DIES SUDDENLY AT HERE
Lloyd Eaves, 70 years old, died suddenly about 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 7, at his 701 Live Oak Street. He was a retired employee of the R.E. Cox Company in Marlin. Funeral services are pending at Adams Funeral Home.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Miss Carolyn Eaves of Brownwood; and a sister, Miss Effie Eaves of Marlin.
He was born June 27, 1898, at Odds.

EAVES RITES ARE SET FOR WEDNESDAY
Funeral services for Lloyd Eaves, 70 years old, who died suddenly about 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 7, at his home, 701 Live Oak Street, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Adams Funeral Home. The Rev. L.M. Chapman, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Marlin, will officiate, and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Lee Jones, Cecil Vann, C. C. Karnes, Claude Downs, Leroy Hackel, C. T. Denard, L. R. Erskine, Victor Crenwelge, Barnes Adams and Eddie Appleman.
