LEE ROY DILL

KOSSE--Lee Roy Dill, 82, of Kosse died Friday in Baytown.

Services were Sunday at Kosse Church of Christ, with Tom Seay, Jr., director of the Central Texas Children's in Austin, officiating.  Graveside services were Monday at Earthman Memory Gardens in Baytown, Douglas Williams officiating.

Mr. Dill was born Aug. 7, 1906, in Purdon and married Lucille Foust on June 1, 1931, in Corsicana.  He worked for Exxon until his retirement in 1965, when he moved to Kosse.  He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Jane Roberts of Baytown and Madlyn Simkulet of Houston; two sisters, Gelyne Lord of Jackson, Miss., and Buna Hicks of Houston; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family has designed the Kosse Church of Christ or the Groesbeck High School library for memorials.
