Judith A. Criswell Passes Away In Missouri
Judith A. “Judy” Criswell, 61, of Kansas City, MO,
passed away at her home.
She was born on October 17, 1942 to Paul Minor and Rita
Dorothy (Sonnier) Creswell in Rayne, Louisiana. On December 27, 1958, she
was united in marriage to Tom Criswell and after their marriage they lived in
Cheyenne, Wyoming until 1986. Then they traveled the United States where
her husband, Tom, worked as a union electrician, out of Local #415. In
1994 they moved to Kansas City where they made their home.
Judy was a member of the Catholic faith. She was
also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution where she researched
cemeteries and genealogy and was the co-author of the Limestone County Cemetery
book.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her husband, Tom, of the home;
daughter, Connie Davis and husband, Alfred of Thornton; son Terry Criswell and
companion, Emily Kay, Kansas City; six grandchildren, Vanessa, Levi, Tara,
Lindsey, Thomas and Zachary; her mother, Dorothy Creswell; brothers, Richard
Creswell and wife, Carol, and John Creswell and wife, Kara, all of Cheyenne;
sister Marcha Donnovan, and husband, Tom, Merrit Island, Florida; several nieces
and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Hixon-Klein Funeral of Smithville, Mo, was in charge of
arrangements.
