MRS. W. M. BASS DIES
Mrs. Maggie Virginia Bass of Mart, age 30 years, died Friday
night, Jan. 12 at 8 o'clock. Her death followed an operation for
appendicitis which she under-went at her on Friday morning. Her body
was shipped to Marlin on the noon train for interment, which took place at 3
o'clock this (Saturday) afternoon.
Deceased leaves a husband, two little girls, two sisters, two
brothers and a father and mother to mourn her loss. Her parents, brothers,
and one sister were present when she died.
A short service was held at the before leaving Mart for
Marlin, conducted by Rev. C. E. Lindsey.
Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Wilboutn and the undertaker, T. H.
Lumpkin, accompanied the family to Marlin for the interment.
Their friends are deeply sympathetic for them in their
bereavement
