Rites Friday
TEMPLE – K. W. (Will) Barth, 79, of Eddy, died in a Temple hospital at 11:10 a.m. Wednesday.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the United Church of Christ in Cego, with the Rev. Albert C. Hennig officiating. Burial will be in Blevins Cemetery.
Mr. Barth was born in Falls County, went to school at Blevins and attended the Robinson Academy. He farmed in the Blevins and Cego area all his life.
He was active in the soil conservation program. He was a member of the United Church of Christ and a past master of Eddy Lodge No. 797 A.F. & A.M.
Survivors include two brothers, W. W. Barth of Mercedes and Albert R. Barth of San Angelo; four sisters, Miss Emma Barth, and Mrs. B. W. Willig of San Angelo, Mrs. Ed W. Spohn of Troy, and Mrs. R. H. Hewitt of Taylor; and several nephews and nieces.
