LOTT - James S. Barganier, 82, of Route 2, Lott, a Navy veteran of World War II,
died Monday evening at a Marlin Hospital.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Adams funeral Chapel in Marlin, Dr. Elliot
Craig and the Rev. John Wamsley officiating. Burial will be at Clover Hill
Cemetery in Lott.
Mr. Barganier was born Dec 6, 1904, in Lott. He was married to Faye McKenzie on
July 31, 1950, in Paris, Ark. They were ranchers.
He was a member of Carolina Masonic Lodge No. 330 in Lott, Veterans of Foreign
Wars in Westphalia, a director of the Marlin Empty Saddle Club, a U.S. Navy
veteran of World War II, and an elder at the First Prestbyterian Church of Lott.
Survivors include his wife; and two sisters, Mrs. Maybelle Foster of Killeen and
Mrs. Louise Chapman of Gatesville. Adams Funeral in Marlin is in charge of
arrangements.
