WACO ENTERTAINERS to be
HEARD at MARLIN LUNCHEON
Chairman Requests Large Attend-
ance of Membership at
Weekly Meeting
The Greater Marlin Club will have a varied entertainment at its luncheon Monday
in the Hilton sun room, states R. E. Cox, Jr., chairman, who requests a large
attendance of the membership, and adds:
"We have obtained artists from the Agnes
Williams School of Personality at Waco. Mrs. Williams, who with her
daughter, Camille, can usually be heard twice each week over radio station WACO,
will present her own troupe, including blues singing, a cabaret number, jazz
music and readings. Mrs. Williams and her students are paid performers,
giving programs at dinners and banquets, but she has consented to entertain the
Marlin club without charge."
