Equipment Seized in Raid on House

Claiming equipment found his his house was used to "make pellagra medicine," a
negro was reported taken into custody by the Falls county sheriff's department
following a raid on his house just southeast of Marlin late Tuesday.
Officers had other ideas about the outfit,
however, for they reported finding three pints of whiskey on the premises, some
mash, a barrel and a keg.
The alleged still included in its makeup a
five-gallon oil can, an oil stove and copper tubing.
