County Agent Requests Others Desiring
One or More to Advise
at Once.
Over half of a
carload of 70 gilts proposed to be shipped into Falls county have been assured,
states Dan Clinton, Falls county farm agent.
W. W. Rice, assistant industrial agent of the Fort Worth Stockyards
Association, arrived in Marlin Wednesday in connection with the movement.
Work of getting the gilts placed has been under way for some time and both the
county agent and Mr. Rice are anxious to get it closed up as quickly as
possible. Anyone interested in obtaining one or more of these gilts is
requested to get in touch with them immediately.
