THOUSANDS OF CANS
One Has Filled Budget And Several Others

Meat.
Eight 4-H pantry demonstrators visited in August report 3336
containers of food canned, including 230 containers of meat. One
demonstrator, Mrs. Monte Leuschner of Otto has completely filled her budget;
several other budgets lack on the meat which will be added as soon as cold
weather comes.
Mrs. Monte Leuschner of Otto has canned 775 containers for 4.
Mrs. George Huber of Eddy has canned 419 for a family of 2.
Mrs. Will Kluck, Perry, 281 quarts for 2.
Mrs. E. O. Burns, Mustang, 364 1/2 for 2.
Mrs. Gus Schultz, Lamar, 327 for 2.
Mrs. Will Earls, Chilton, 673 for 5.
Mrs. B. F. Mears, Cedar Springs, 257 quarts for 2.
Mrs. Chas. Kinard, Blue Ridge, 139 1/2 quarts for 6.
The 4-H pantry demonstrations will be completed by November.
