FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
AND OTHER DAMAGES ASKED
Plaintiff Injured in Car Collision
Files Suit in District
Court.
Five thousand dollars and other alleged
damages enumerated in the petition are asked by M. L. Bridgewater of Marlin in a
suit filed against C. L. Trice of Lott in Falls county district court.
The case is outgrowth of injuries plaintiff
claims he suffered in a collision April 11, last, between a car he was driving
and another automobile alleged to have been driven by Wilson Trice, minor son of
the defendant.
In addition to the $5,000 in damages asked,
the plaintiff sets forth that he had a hospital bill of $150, doctors' costs of
$152, a course of hot baths, $21; that dental work will cost $100, loss of time
from work valued at $150; that his car was reduced from a value of $400 to $200,
that he paid $94.95 for repairs; and that he was attended by his wife who is
entitled to $125 for nurse fees.
