WIN TERRACING CONTEST
Marlin High School Graduate Teacher
of Vocational Agriculture
There.
Members of the Bruceville-Eddy High school
terracing team were winners in a terracing contest held recently at Lorena in
connection with a demonstration give (sic) by Dick Miller, McLennan county farm
agent.
Wesley Neumann, formerly of Perry and a
graduate of Marlin HIgh school and A. and M. College of Texas, is director of
the department of vocational agriculture in Bruceville-Eddy High school,
assuming his duties there July 1.
Members of the winning team were Kenneth
Elliott, Cloyce Stone and Billy Nabors. The contest was held for boys of
vocational agriculture classes and 4-H clubs, six teams participating.
About 500 persons attended the demonstration.
