Six Forgery Cases Filed
In Marlin Justice Court

Connection With All of
Complaints.

Six
complaints charging forgery have been filed against C. H. Hammond in Marlin
justice court.
The cases were entered in connection with checks alleged cashed by W. C.
Rogers Dry-Goods Company in the sun of $18, S. A. Schindler, $7.50; Handleman
Bros., $2; C. H. Tisdale, $3.50; Scheiblich Grocery Co., $5.70, and Rush,
Gardner & Bartlett Co., $3.00.
Five of the checks were drawn on Kosse banks and one on a Marlin bank, and
they are alleged to have been signed variously "J. A. Watson, J. R. Brown and J.
R. Watson."
