ARREST MADE FOLLOWING
RAILWAY CAR BURGLARY
Automatic Pistol, Razor, Knife and
Some Wearing Apparel
Recovered.
Burglary of a
railroad car in whcih Missouri Pacific railroad employes working on tracks south
of Marlin have been staying Wednesday morning ws followed by an arrest and
recovery of a 45 automatic pistol, a razor, knife and some wearing apparel.
The arrest was made by Marshal Walston, Constable Cooley and Deputy Winfrey on a
description supplied by a railway employe said to have seen a party in the
vicinity of the car, which has been spotted along with others on the "Y" in the
southern part of Marlin.
